ATTALFERR, a branch of the ATTAL GROUP, leader in the recruiting sector, is hiring a motivated Welder (MIG/MAG & TIG) on behalf of a well-established recreational facilities company based in Nieuwendijk.

As a Welder, you will work with high-quality steel and aluminum parts for playground equipment and street furniture. Guided by clear digital drawings and instructions on a tablet, you will complete your tasks independently with accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and cut metal components using bending, rolling, sawing, and drilling techniques.
• Weld steel and aluminum structures using MIG/MAG and TIG methods.
• Assemble parts accurately according to technical drawings and instructions.
• Smooth and polish products to achieve a high-quality finish.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards before delivery or installation.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment at all times.

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a Welder who combines technical skill, precision and safety awareness with independence and a collaborative team spirit

Requirements

• Education in metalwork or technical fields, or equivalent experience.
• Fundamental metalworking and welding skills.
• Capable of working independently using technical drawings.
• Responsible, motivated, and committed to high-quality work.
• Hands-on experience with MIG/MAG and TIG welding.
• Background in a metal production or manufacturing environment.
• Relevant certifications (eg, forklift, welding) or willingness to obtain them.
• Skilled in operating modern machinery and metalworking equipment.
