Mechanical Site Supervisor – Energy Solutions

Role Summary:

As a Mechanical Site Supervisor, you will oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems on-site for energy transition projects. You will ensure that all mechanical work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, in line with project specifications and timelines.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems at project sites.
• Ensure compliance with mechanical safety standards and quality control procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and support to on-site teams during project execution.
• Monitor and report on the progress of mechanical work, ensuring adherence to project schedules.
• Identify and resolve any site issues related to mechanical systems.
• Liaise with project managers and engineers to ensure alignment with overall project goals and timelines.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure all mechanical work is completed to industry standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Trade qualifications or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a site supervisory role in the energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, installation, and commissioning.
• Experience in managing site teams and ensuring high safety and quality standards.
• Familiarity with relevant mechanical codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of ASME, API, and other relevant mechanical engineering standards.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 for quality management systems.
