Mind Partners  is an executive search firm with offices in London and Paris. We specialize in retained headhunting for executives, senior management, and experts. We partner with Arkance to  appoint  their Field Marketing Manager , based in Almelo or Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

ARKANCE Netherlands  is a wholly owned subsidiary of the French B2B Services Group Monnoyeur , founded in 1906. ARKANCE was founded in 2018 with the vision to become a leading partner in digitizing the construction and manufacturing industry.
We are seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager  to play a key role in shaping ARKANCE’s presence in the Netherlands and contributing to high-visibility EMEA initiatives. You will be responsible for local field marketing activities and curating globally or regionally produced content, campaigns, activities, and assets for use in the local market. As part of the Brand and Marketing Communications team, you will also contribute to EMEA content and brand projects to support this functional center of excellence on a project-by-project basis. You will report to the EMEA Brand & Marketing Communications Lead,  working in close collaboration with the Country Director Netherlands .
Responsibilities:
Local Field Marketing
- Act as a local point of contact to provide feedback and communicate the needs of the local market.
- Track local marketing budgets and report regularly, focusing on maximum ROI.
- Coordinating local events (live, virtual, in-house, industry):
- Identifying local events and maintaining relationships with organizers
- Ensuring a high-quality brand experience, from creative assets to activations
- Manage the collection and processing of contacts and leads with local sales operations teams
- Providing necessary data on ROI and business contribution to relevant stakeholders
- Manage local translations delivered by EMEA or Global Delivery teams and quality control of all localized materials for marketing, external and internal communications.
- Coordinating and executing digital marketing activities (local/EMEA/Global campaigns, newsletter planning and execution):
- Local website and social media management if required
- Maintaining local content on the website: local IP, events, services
- Creating and posting local organic social media content for local needs
- Implementing landing pages for local campaigns
- Collaborate with the local sales and service management team to align marketing strategy with business priorities
Extensive EMEA responsibilities
- Contribute to regional content creation, including case studies, white papers, blogs, and customer success stories.
- Provide guidance and mentoring for local marketing needs in other specific EMEA countries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field (Master’s degree is an added bonus).
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, with proven expertise in field marketing and communications.
- Demonstrable experience in marketing, focused on local or regional marketing strategies.
- Ability to manage projects independently with minimal supervision, aligned with organizational goals.
- Expertise in using and managing a Content Management System for updating and maintaining website content.
- Knowledge of marketing tools (HubSpot, Canva, Storyblok).
- Experience in multinational companies and working in multicultural environments with remote management.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written; French is a plus.
