Bookbot is de grootste re-commerce boekenwinkel in Tsjechië, met meer dan 10 miljoen verkochte boeken. Elke dag sturen we 25.000 boeken naar nieuwe eigenaren. We zijn actief in 9 markten (CZ, SK, AT, DE, ES, IT, FR, NL, BE) en leveren aan 40 landen wereldwijd. Ons magazijn is de derde grootste tweedehandsboekenfaciliteit ter wereld, en we behoren tot de 16 snelst groeiende tech-startups in de CEE-regio.
We breiden uit naar nieuwe Europese markten en zoeken een gedreven Country Generalist die verantwoordelijkheid neemt, achter zijn of haar beslissingen staat en ons helpt Bookbot lokaal op te bouwen.

- Jij bent de stem van de Nederlandse klanten binnen Bookbot en zorgt dat hun feedback gehoord en verwerkt wordt.
- Controleren of de website-inhoud correct, live en altijd up-to-date is.
- Professionele klantenservice bieden tijdens kantoortijden (9:00–17:00).
- Relaties opbouwen en onderhouden met influencers, journalisten en partners.
- Het verspreiden van marketingmaterialen (zoals boekenleggers) onder klanten coördineren.
- Je land vertegenwoordigen in de wekelijkse business reviews met het management – mét data, inzichten en concrete voorstellen.
- Samenwerken met interne teams om problemen op te lossen en een uitstekende klantervaring te garanderen.

- Native Dutch, perfect spoken French.
- English written & spoken.
- Actively come up with ideas and initiatives on how to grow our presence in the local market – we expect you to know your country the best.
- You thrive in a remote, independent role – there’s no local office or team in the Netherlands, so you must be comfortable working solo.
- You are comfortable presenting results and standing your ground in front of management.
- You are proactive in learning – you go through the handbook first, digest the information, and only then raise questions that truly need clarification.
- Detail-oriented, organized, but also pragmatic – you get things done.
- You live in Amsterdam.

- Reporting to Head of Expansion Lívia Čadová who has been the main driver of the German/Austrian expansion and is now spearheading expansion across Europe.
- This is a fully remote position with full autonomy; HQ support is always there if you take the initiative to ask for it.
