Construction Manager – Energy Solutions

Role Summary:

As a Construction Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day construction activities of energy transition projects. Your leadership will ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of construction tasks. This role requires expertise in site management, contractor coordination, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage construction teams and contractors, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate on-site activities and monitor progress to ensure project milestones are met.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
• Liaise with project managers and clients to report on progress.
• Resolve construction-related issues and implement solutions to maintain project flow.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on energy-related projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction safety standards and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with EU Construction Directives, including Directive 92/57/EEC on temporary or mobile construction sites, which provides minimum safety and health requirements. Construction Products Regulation (CPR).
• Expertise in Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA)
• ExProcore, BIM 360, and Viewpoint: Knowledge of these construction management platforms for document control, collaboration, and project monitoring, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.pertise in working with EPC contracts (e.g., FIDIC, NEC, JCT)
