Sales & Customer Service Representative – French Market (Fully Remote)

We’re looking for a Sales & Customer Service Representative to help our French-speaking customers choose, install and get the most out of their security camera systems.

It’s a role where you’ll combine sales, customer service and technical problem-solving. One moment you’re helping someone find the perfect camera system, the next you’re answering a technical question or following up with a customer.

And the best part? You’ll do it all remotely from the Netherlands, as part of a friendly, international team.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be one of the main points of contact for our French-speaking customers across France, Belgium and Switzerland.

Your days will be varied, with plenty of conversations, different customer questions and new things to figure out.

Help customers find the right solution

• Speak with customers who contact us because they’re interested in our security camera systems.
• Ask the right questions to understand what they’re looking for and recommend the best solution.
• Explain technical features in a way that’s easy to understand.
• Prepare quotations, follow up with customers and help turn their interest into a purchase.
• Build trust through friendly, helpful and professional conversations.

Solve problems and make customers happy

• Help customers with questions about their cameras, orders and installations.
• Investigate technical questions and work towards practical solutions.
• Guide customers through product setup and troubleshooting, often over the phone.
• Follow up to make sure customers get the help they need.
• Work with colleagues to solve more complex questions and share what you’ve learned.
• Spot opportunities to make our products, processes and customer experience even better.

You’ll receive training on our systems, but there’s always something new to learn and discover.

Curious what a typical day look like?

You start your morning by checking which customers need a follow-up and what needs your attention first.

Your first call might be with someone looking for a camera system for their property. You talk through their situation, ask a few questions and help them choose the right setup.

A little later, another customer calls with a question about getting the most out of their camera system. You explore the possibilities together, explain the technical features and help them find the best solution for their needs.

In between, you prepare a quotation, answer a few emails and have a quick chat with a colleague about an interesting technical question.

Then the phone rings again. A completely different question, a new conversation and another opportunity to help someone.

Some days are busy, priorities change and unexpected questions come up. That’s what keeps the role interesting.

And when you come across a problem you’ve never seen before? There’s always something to figure out, someone to learn from or a better way to approach it.
