ATTALFERR, a branch of the ATTAL GROUP, leader in the recruiting sector, is hiring a motivated Field Assembly Technician on behalf of a well-established recreational facilities company based in Nieuwendijk.

As a Field Assembly Technician, you will travel across the Netherlands and Belgium to install playground equipment, sports gear and street furniture for municipalities, schools and recreational organizations. Working alongside the assembly team leader, you will ensure safe, durable and visually appealing play and sports areas.
You will install products made from wood, Rebo, steel and aluminum using modern tools and mini-excavators.

Key Responsibilities

• Install playground equipment, sports gear and street furniture across various locations.
• Ensure safe, durable and high-quality installations in collaboration with the team leader.
• Work with materials such as wood, Rebo, steel and aluminum using modern tools and mini-excavators.
• Read and follow technical drawings and manuals to deliver finished products to a high standard.

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a Field Assembly Technician who combines hands-on skills, attention to detail, and safety awareness with independence and a collaborative, team-focused approach.

Requirements

• Technical skills gained through education or relevant experience.
• No extensive experience required; motivation and eagerness to learn are highly valued.
• Able to read and follow installation and assembly instructions.
• Valid driving license (B).
• Flexible and willing to occasionally work extra hours.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
