10ML is a European perfume retailer, and its 3ml, 10ml and 30ml perfume decants and samples are an easy way to discover designer and niche fragrance. As Head of Growth, you own the full growth engine across European markets: acquisition, conversion, retention and expansion into new countries and channels.

What you will do

• Own the growth strategy and the numbers behind it: new customers, conversion rate, average order value, repeat purchase and payback across every European market
• Lead performance marketing, SEO, CRM and partnerships leads, set their targets and give them the budget to win
• Run a rigorous experimentation programme across the site, checkout, offers and onboarding
• Plan market entry and localisation for new EU countries together with content, customer care and operations
• Build the forecasting and reporting that leadership uses to decide where the next euro goes
• Turn 10ML perfume decants into the default way Europeans try a fragrance before they buy a full bottle

What you bring

• 8+ years in growth or performance marketing in D2C e-commerce, marketplaces or consumer brands, with at least 3 years leading teams
• A track record of scaling paid and organic channels profitably across several European countries
• Fluency with unit economics: CAC, LTV, contribution margin, cohort retention
• Hands-on comfort with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and SQL-level analysis
• Fluent English; German or another EU language is a strong plus
• Bonus: experience in beauty, fragrance, cosmetics or luxury retail
